Empowering migrants’ rights takes collaboration! On the 18th of December AMKAS Nepal marked International Migrants Day 2023 with a crucial roundtable discussion on the 7 preconditions set by the parliamentary committee decision in 2020. Joined by high-level representatives from government, NGOs, media, research teams and more, we’re working towards the ratification of ILO C189 by the Government of Nepal. This pivotal step, supported by Australian Aid, reflects our commitment to securing migrants’ rights.
